Leading Ladies of Entertainment Mentorship Program & Virtual Panel

To advance women in music and entertainment, we connect women with industry trailblazers who inspire, mentor, and open doors. Through mentorship, career development, and meaningful connections, participants gain the confidence and support needed to advance their careers and help shape a more equitable future for the entertainment industry.

  • Guided Mentorship: Personalized one-on-one mentorship with former Leading Ladies of Entertainment honorees and members of the Latin Recording Academy®.
  • Hands-On Learning: Tailored projects and assignments designed to strengthen skills and accelerate professional growth.
  • Professional Development Virtual Panel: Career-building virtual panel discussion featuring accomplished leaders who share their experiences, expertise, and advice for navigating the entertainment industry.

Grow Your Passion

Mentees choose a focus area and are paired with mentors in that field building leadership skills, confidence, and career momentum.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Have a passion for Latin music and culture.
  • Identify as a woman, non-binary, or gender non-conforming individual.

Guidelines

To apply, applicants must submit the following materials through the online application before the stated deadline:

  • A completed online application form.
  • A brief statement describing your background and music-related experiences, highlighting your connection to and passion for Latin music.
  • A brief statement outlining your professional goals within the music and entertainment industry.
  • A video (90 seconds or less) explaining how mentorship in your selected focus area would support your career aspirations and professional growth.
