The Emerging Talent Spotlight puts a spotlight on the next generation of Latin music creators during Latin GRAMMY Week®. Bringing together scholarship recipients, alumni, industry professionals, and supporters, the event provides a platform for emerging talent to perform, build meaningful connections, and gain visibility within the music community.

Held annually during Latin GRAMMY Week, the Spotlight celebrates the creativity, artistry, and cultural richness of Latin music while highlighting the achievements of the Foundation's rising artists and creators and providing them with career-changing visibility and professional development.

Emerging Talent Educational Sessions

Emerging Talent Educational Sessions enable emerging creators to navigate careers in music with confidence through Interactive workshops and conversations with accomplished artists and industry professionals that provide emerging creators with the skills, insights, and connections needed to grow their craft.

Emerging Talent Network

The Emerging Talent Network is an ongoing community that connects scholarship recipients, applicants, alumni, and program participants with opportunities to learn, grow, and stay engaged. Through access to industry insights, peer connections, mentorship, and educational experiences, members become part of a supportive community that fosters collaboration, inspiration, and long-term success.

The Latin GRAMMY Master Series brings accomplished artists, producers, and music industry leaders into college classrooms for engaging conversations that connect students with real-world insights, career guidance, and firsthand industry experience.
