Leading Ladies of Entertainment Connect TogetHER Mentorship Program
Welcome to the Leading Ladies of Entertainment Connect TogetHER Mentorship Program presented by the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation and She Is The Music, an initiative aimed at bridging the gender gap within the entertainment industry. The program focuses on creating opportunities for future generations of women in the music industry through a spirit of paying it forward. Created seven years ago by The Latin Recording Academy, the Leading Ladies of Entertainment is an initiative to honor and recognize professional and socially-conscious women within the arts and entertainment fields who have made significant contributions and inspired the next generation of female leaders. Paying it forward and forging opportunity for future generations, past Leading Ladies honorees will serve as mentors to 10 selected mentees through personalized hour-long sessions over three months. These sessions will provide mentees with valuable insights into their chosen area of music industry focus from experienced Leading Ladies who have walked the path and can provide industry insight. Additionally, mentees will actively participate in assignments tailored to their growth and professional development and participate in the education programs provided annually by the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation.
Program Highlights:
Guided Mentorships: Former honorees of Leading Ladies of Entertainment will become your mentor, guiding you through personalized one-on-one sessions over the course of three months.
Tailored Assignments: Participants will be able to immerse themselves into hands-on assignments designed to drive your growth and professional development.
Industry Expertise: The Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation will pair mentees with former Leading Ladies of Entertainment mentors, who are distinguished leaders in the arts and Latin entertainment industry and will share their valuable experiences with you.

Eligibility
To participate in the mentorship program, applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must have a passion for working in the music industry.
Must have a passion for Latin music.
Open to women, non-binary and gender non-conforming.
Guidelines
The application process requires submission of the following materials:
Complete an online application on the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation website before the deadline.
Paragraph highlighting personal background and specific music related experiences that demonstrate a passion for music.
Paragraph explaining your professional goal in the music industry. A 90 second (or less) video explaining how a mentorship experience in one of the chosen music industry focus areas will contribute to future career aspirations.
