Donor Privacy Policy
Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation takes donor privacy very seriously. All financial transactions with Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation are treated as highly confidential.
In addition, Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation will not:
Sell or trade donors' personal information
Share donors' personal information with any entity unless the donor has given the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation specific permission to do so
Send a donor mailings on behalf of other organizations
Donor Anonymity
Donors who request to be anonymous at the time of their donation will still receive a tax letter that will be sent to their personal records; however, their name will not be disclosed on public donor acknowledgement lists.
Email Policy
From time to time, Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation will contact donors at the email address they provided with their donation. These emails may notify you of upcoming events and program information. The Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation will not sell nor share your email information with outside parties.
